Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your REFY products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or swatched.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original REFY box or any sturdy shipping container, ensuring the products are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse verifies the return.
